General Questions
Where are you located?
We’re located at 417 S. Myrtle Ave. in Downtown Monrovia.
What are your business hours?
Our regular hours are:
Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Friday – Saturday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

What are the Cake Department hours?
Our Cake Department is open 7 days a week from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM and is normally closed from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM for lunch.
Do you have cakes available for walk-ins?
Yes! Aside from all of our baked goods and desserts, we offer freshly baked cakes, flans, and fruit tarts available daily. We will also write a special message in our signature turquoise icing while you're waiting.
Do you offer gluten-free, or allergy-friendly products?
We offer limited options, but we are not a certified allergen-free kitchen. Please notify us of any allergies when ordering. At this time, we do not offer any Vegan options.
Custom Cake Orders
How far in advance should I place a custom cake order?
We recommend placing your order at least 4–5 days in advance. For weddings or large events, 3–4 weeks is ideal but we're here to help so let us know if it's in less time.
How do I place a custom cake order?
You can fill out our Custom Cake Request Form, email, give us a call us , or stop by the shop to discuss your design.
What cake sizes do you offer?
We offer standard sizes including:
6" (serves 8–10)
8" (serves 12–16)
10" (serves 25-30)
1/4 Sheet (serves 25-30)
1/2 Sheet (serves 45–50)
3/4 Sheet (serves 75–80)
Full Sheet (serves 90–100)
Tiered and sculpted cakes are also available upon request.
Can you replicate a cake from a photo?
We’re happy to use reference images for inspiration, but we specialize in original designs and do not guarantee exact replicas. Please email us your reference photos and we will assess the design with our decorators.
Do you offer tastings?
Yes! We offer tastings 5 days a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays) from 9a-4p by appointment only. The $40 tasting fee is applied to your order when you book. You may schedule a tasting online or call us to schedule.
Pricing & Payment
What is your pricing for custom cakes?
Pricing varies based on serving size, flavor, and design complexity. A full quote will be provided after your inquiry.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes, full payment is required at the time you place your order.
Pickup, Delivery & Cancellations
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! We provide delivery for an additional fee. Please request delivery when placing your order.
What is your cancellation policy?
Orders canceled 7+ days in advance are fully refundable.
Orders canceled within 3 days are non-refundable and can not be modified.
What happens if I’m late picking up my order?
Please arrive on time. If you’re delayed, please call us and let us know. Orders left unclaimed after 24 hours will be discarded without refund.
